The Davis is an inspired condominium on Davis Drive, close to everything great about uptown Newmarket. The urban vibe. The brand name shopping. The boutiques, cafes and galleries. An address with a sense of time and place. Your place.
Inspired by the architecture, a striking podium foundation punctuated by expansive framed windows and gleaming glass reaching skyward, the creative concept used a "window" motif to offer glimpses into the personalities and lifestyles of future residents. Deliverables included logo design, ad campaign, digital presence, signage, and all supporting marketing materials.

Introducing an exclusive collection of contemporary urban townhomes nestled in the prestigious Camilla Park neighbourhood of South Mississauga.
From naming to launch, the project required a distinctive identity that reflected the refined character of the neighbourhood. A unique visual language was developed and carried through brochure design, sales centre design, website, digital ads, Instagram feed, and signage.

Located by the South Etobicoke waterfront, Longbranch is the latest project brought to you by Minto.
The campaign concept played off the project's name and coveted lakeside location, weaving "long" throughout the messaging: Longbranch, everything you long for, long to live here. This thread carried through branding, brochure, environmental graphics, hoarding, and print and digital ads, resulting in a cohesive identity that earned multiple industry awards.

Vibrant urban living is waiting for you at Bathurst and Sheppard in an intimate 5-storey boutique condominium with private landscaped courtyard and the amenities you want.
The design concept drew inspiration from upscale plaid patterns with a modern twist, paired with a custom geometric typeface to create a refined yet contemporary aesthetic. This distinctive visual language carried through all marketing materials, reinforcing the boutique character of the residence.

It's time for something different. Introducing 11 Wellesley, a landmark condominium community on a lush and abundant city park.
The building's organic shape mirrors the natural parkland it sits on, and this concept is reflected throughout the marketing. An embossed tree ring pattern on the cover gives way to pure forms on the fly sheets and a clean, simple design throughout. The logo cleverly plays on the two L's in the address, reinforcing the project's sense of place at Number 11. Deliverables included all marketing materials.

If we fill the space, she'll fill the room. This was the foundation of the campaign for Branksome Hall, an independent girls' school. Inspirational and encouraging wordplay represents the possibilities that await each student, while bright, bold colours foreshadow the remarkable futures ahead. By juxtaposing the girls with their potential, the campaign aimed to raise funds for the construction of the new Athletics and Wellness Centre.

The design concept honoured the historic character of the location and the original school building while introducing a fresh, contemporary perspective. The logo, which earned a BILD Award for Best Logo, captured this balance of heritage and modernity.
